Four weeks into my first sales job, I had to attend a ‘marketing review’.


The other new hires and I weren’t trusted with clients yet, but we were each tasked to run an ad campaign for the company.


Our boss asked one question, “how effective are your ads?”


The first guy said company sales had increased by 7.8% since he launched his ads.


The boss replied, “How do you know that increase was from YOUR ads?”

Finally, phone-call tracking software will help you to track offline conversions. If they call you - you’ll know where they found your number.
